How to Maximize Your Memory

How better to focus, concentrate and memorize the material under study? Here are some ways to increase memory, attention and concentration.

More notes: It seems simple, but the presence of a sheet of paper nearby when you are learning something new, will allow you to make some notes. Because these notes will be recorded and understood by you, they will help you better understand the material.

Make review: Just think how much information you learn on a daily basis. You have to dedicate every day for some time to make a brief review of the information. Scroll 10 - 15 minutes to review your notes and stuff that they gave you.

Just Breathe: One of the best things you can do to improve your memory - to increase the flow of oxygen to the brain. Get rid of the sleepiness, seize you in the morning and late in the day. Start your day with exercise.

Drink more water, it will give you the courage and energy.

Clear the mind: Write as much as possible of your thoughts, not related to the fact you're working. This can be messy like a list of random thoughts, but this way you clean them from your mind and get a list of things you need to do later.

Do not be distracted: If you are near a computer or phone, it's a great temptation to be distracted. In addition to your work, you can enjoy viewing the e-mail or various websites. Do not do it! Focus on what to study, and you can in a shorter time to get better results.

Mix: One way to remember the new fact is to mentally associate it with what you already know. Thus, recalling the second, you can always go back to the first.

Split: Another way to better remember information is to split it apart. The shorter the facts, the better they are remembered.

Return to your childhood: There is a reason why all still remember the alphabet and colors of the rainbow. This information was presented to us through mnemonic techniques. And it still works! Help yourself to remember a lot of information, using short phrases or verses. It will become a key to your memory, as the first line of the poem, which is enough to remember to tell it to the end.
